Quality & Inspection
Quality built into every step
Defined inspection plans, process controls and batch-level traceability form the backbone of our quality system. Certifications and qualified process capabilities will be published as they are achieved.
Our quality system
Three foundations
Defined inspection plans
Documented inspection — from incoming component to dispatched bearing.
Process controls
Controlled grinding, lapping, inspection and assembly.
Batch-level traceability
Acceptance results are reviewed and traceability records are maintained for every batch.
Inspection checkpoints
What is checked, and when
Inspection runs through the whole workflow — components are verified before finishing, measured after it, and tested again once assembled.
Process step 01
Incoming Inspection
Every ceramic ring and ball is verified against drawings, material requirements and acceptance criteria.
Process step 04
Dimensional & Surface Inspection
Dimensions, roundness, roughness and other critical characteristics are measured and recorded.
Process step 05
Assembly & Functional Testing
Matched components are assembled and checked for clearance, smooth rotation and noise.
Process step 06
Final Inspection & Dispatch
Acceptance results are reviewed and traceability records are maintained for every batch.
Certifications
Published as they are achieved
Certifications and qualified process capabilities will be published as they are achieved.
